Plan, manage, and oversee country-level clinical study execution, leading the cross-functional local study team. Make key decisions and monitor study progress against timelines, deliverables, and budget. Participate in site feasibility and site selection, collaborating with central and local stakeholders.

Develop program/study-specific materials such as monitoring plans and training documents. Set goals and ensure study-specific deliverables at the site level. Contribute to recruitment strategies, contingency planning, and training for CRA, Investigator, and Study Coordinator.

Manage local vendors, review invoices, and support study supply management. Forecast study supplies, support budget management, and oversee enrolment estimates. Monitor study trends, review visit reports, and ensure compliance through system updates and report analysis.

Resolve cross-functional issues, communicate progress, and ensure study quality and compliance. Prepare informed consent documents, safeguard subject safety, and maintain inspection readiness. Ensure timely reporting of adverse events, manage audits, and oversee regulatory submissions.

Maintain accurate financial reporting, manage budgets, and support site contract negotiations. Conduct quality visits, support investigator relationships, and contribute to system/process training. Qualifications and experience: Bachelors degree in healthcare or a scientific discipline.

2-3 years experience in trial project management. Knowledge of local regulatory environment and clinical trial processes. Extensive knowledge of ICH/GCP regulations.
