Key Account Manager (Malaysia)

• Build strong relationship with decision makers/fleet managers/system users and manage of all services related to Key Accounts
• Establish good rapport and trust though proactive engagement
• Understanding client needs and identifying new business opportunities for upselling
• Resolve customers enquiries or issues from all channels, and ensure proper follow-up to the final resolution within the stipulated time frame
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet clients objectives.
• Identify and implement new strategies for increasing customer satisfaction, loyalty and retentions by going above and beyond expectations
• Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelors Degree in any field with outstanding academic performance or equivalent industry experience
• Experience in key account management in SAAS/Construction/Logistics industries.
• Comfortable presenting and meeting clients F2F.
• Proficient in English. Mandarin speaker is an advantage for communicating with Chinese clients.
• Tech-savvy and computer literate
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Hands-on and a positive attitude
• Team player with a high level of energy and able to work independently
• Possession of own transport is required as meeting clients is necessary for this position.
