IT Technician Support

Requirements:

• Malaysian Citizen.
• Fully Covid-19 Vaccinated.
• Pursuing a Certificate/Diploma/Bachelors degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Software Engineering/ Electronic Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Willing to travel
• Possess a valid Drivers License added advantage
• Can immediately report to work
• Can work independently
• Excellent interpersonal skill & a team player
• Good communication in English & Bahasa Malaysia
• Semi-skilled who knows how to use a computer for daily operation
• Know how to install the computer hardware peripherals

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide IT support nationwide across the country in Malaysia
• Test and fix faulty equipment, install, and configure computer systems, diagnose hardware/software faults, and solve technical problems
• Troubleshoot system failures or bugs and provide solutions to restore functionality
• Setting up device for laptops or desktop PC
• Preparing system and technical relevant reports documentation
• Get involved in real-world project
• Being involved in the technical development of products
• Perform any ad-hoc reasonable assignments request by the managements
