Human Resource Foreign Worker Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for end to end Foreign Worker hiring and repatriation
• Responsible for the welfare of Foreign Workers
• Responsible for RBA compliance audits
• Assist in HR C&B activities such as annual increment, performance appraisals and annual bonus computation.
• Support HR dept activities and functions
• Any other tasks as assigned by the superior

Job Requirements:- Minimum 5 years working experience in handling Foreign Worker matters.- Degree in HR or equivalent- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Bayan Lepas: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Bachelors (Required)

Experience:

• Foreign Worker management: 5 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Malaysian Blue IC (Required)
