- Accurate Data Input: You will be responsible for inputting and managing export data, ensuring that every piece of information adheres to the Export Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy of shipment information, critical for smooth operations.
- Data Security: Handle sensitive customer and company information with utmost discretion to maintain confidentiality.
- Quick Booking Creation: Independently create and manage Quick Bookings within the CargoWise system, which is the core software used to initiate shipment processes.
- Shipment Consolidation: You will manage consolidation registrations and generate Shippers Instructions, ensuring proper handling and clear communication with all stakeholders involved.
- Respond to Inquiries: You will be a key point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries with accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage Documentation: Proactively access, organize, and manage shipment documentation, ensuring all required files are readily available for various stakeholders.
- Proactive Communication: Communicate with both internal and external stakeholders (e.g., vendors, clients, and other departments) to ensure smooth operations and timely processing.
- Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with various team members, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently, and any issues are addressed quickly.
- Uphold Confidentiality: As youll be handling sensitive customer and company information, ensuring confidentiality and following strict data protection protocols will be a key part of your role.
