Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, managing employee relations, implementing HR policies, and ensuring the alignment of HR practices with organizational objectives. Additionally, the Human Resources Executive will handle day-to-day HR management tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee development.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Experience in overseeing HR Operations and implementing HR Policies
• Strong Employee Relations skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience in the debt collection industry is a plus
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
