HR EXECUTIVE

Job Purpose:

The HR Generalist is responsible for managing a broad range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll support, compliance, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

• Manage end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening, interviews, offers).
• Coordinate onboarding for new hires (documentation, orientation, training).
• Maintain recruitment records and ensure compliance with hiring policies.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement

• Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
• Address workplace issues and mediate conflicts when necessary.
• Support employee engagement initiatives (events, surveys, feedback sessions).

3. Payroll & Benefits Administration

• Maintain accurate HR records (attendance, personal data, contracts).

4. Compliance & Policies

• Handle disciplinary actions and termination procedures as needed.

5. HR Reporting & Administration

• Prepare HR reports (turnover, headcount, recruitment metrics).
• Maintain HR systems/databases and ensure data accuracy.
• Handle general HR documentation (letters, memos, certifications).

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Human resources, business management or any related field
• 1 years of experience as an HR.
• Knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices.
• Proficient in excell, power point,words
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

• Yearly bonus
