F&B Outlet Supervisor

· Daily operations management and supervision.

· Responsible for training staff to adhere to SOPs and to provide good customer service.

· Undertake the responsibility as POS Superuser and to train staff on the usage of it.

· Ensure all sales and payment are accurate. Ensure all collections are tally at the end of shift.

· Provide good customer service.

· Solve operational issue/problems.

· Ensure the outlet is always clean, neat and with good hygiene.

· Check inventory and place orders with suppliers.

· Provide daily reports as required by the Management.

· Assist in other tasks as required by the Management.

· At least 3 years of F&B working experience as a Supervisor.

· Have experience managing a team of service staff.

· Able to converse in English and Malay.

· Helpful and a team player.

Good customer service.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
