Logistics Management Officer

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Oversee parcel collection operations across Malaysia, providing guidance and feedback on streamlining processes.
• Calculate parcel collection costs and allocate orders to the most cost-effective collection methods.
• Monitor parcel collection tasks and ensure the timely departure of shuttle buses to prevent transit issues and delays.
• Analyse operational anomalies, identify potential operational bottlenecks, and collaborate with various departments to propose improvement plans.
• Liaise with the relevant departments to coordinate and communicate with customers.
• Develop emergency measures for abnormal delivery situations to meet customer collection needs.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply as well.
• Prior experience in Logistics or knowledge in related fields is highly advantageous.
• Having excellent MS Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English would be preferrable. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work well under pressure.
