Overview The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing existing client accounts, and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills. The Sales Executive will work to achieve sales targets, contribute to the overall sales strategy, and represent the companys products or services to potential clients.
THE JOBSCOPE
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales by presenting the companys products or services to potential customers.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and follow up on leads to close sales.
- Qualify leads by assessing their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering personalized solutions.
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring they receive high-quality service and support.
- Meet regularly with clients to review business needs and provide updates on new products or services.
- Actively seek out opportunities to upsell or cross-sell to existing clients.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and performance metrics.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor products, and emerging trends.
- Provide regular reports to management on sales progress, challenges, and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products/services to clients.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in hotels industry are preferred.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to travel to client locations as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
