Export Sales Manager
Brief
Our #MKAJoycareExportSalesTeam is expanding! We are looking for Export Sales Manager to drive the Export Sales in the health and beauty division even further! This role would be driving international sales growth by expanding, managing and developing relationships with distributors, retailers, and partners across global markets in the SEA region.
Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic export sales plans to achieve company objectives in target international markets.
Identify and establish new business opportunities in global regions, including agent / distributor network expansion.
Manage existing export accounts and build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
Conduct market research and analysis to stay abreast of international market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and product positioning.
Coordinate with internal departments (production, logistics, finance, legal) to ensure smooth order processing, compliance with export regulations, and timely delivery.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of sale with international partners.
Monitor sales performance, analyze KPIs, and prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for senior management.
Attend international trade fairs, exhibitions, and customer visits as needed to promote the companys products and brand.
Ensure compliance with international trade laws, regulations, and documentation requirements (e.g., Incoterms, LC, export licenses).
Requirements
At least 5 years of proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in export sales [industry, e.g., FMCG, & health and beauty].
Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, logistics and documentation.
Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to develop markets and drive consistent sales growth.
Ability to manage multiple clients and projects in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel internationally as required (up to 30-50%).
Proficiency in MS Office.
Additional language skills in Mandarin required to deal and manage Mandarin speaking stakeholders.
Experience working with distributors, agents and government trade organizations.
Cultural awareness and adaptability in a multicultural business environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Sales-driven mindset with attention to detail and follow-through.
