Drafter for Mechanical and Electrical

Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare design proposals and layout plans for client presentations.
• Attend client meetings to understand requirements and expectations.
• Produce accurate drawings, blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
• Prepare and maintain AutoCAD layout plans and BIM models (2D & 3D).
• Liaise with engineers to create precise M&E service drawings using AutoCAD and Revit MEP.
• Monitor cost and time implications in coordination with the team.
• Ensure all drawings are up-to-date, organized, and recorded properly.
• Handle authority submissions, including BOMBA.
• Support project delivery under tight schedules and multitask efficiently.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in M&E or architectural drafting.
• Proficient in BIM (Revit), AutoCAD, and related design software.
• Able to produce working drawings, detailed construction drawings, and tender documents.
• Familiar with authority submission processes.
• Strong technical drawing, organizational, and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and presentation tools.
• Must possess own transport and be willing to travel/outstation and work overtime when required.
• Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, and project coordination abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Experience:

• Revit: 1 year (Preferred)
• Mechanical & electrical: 1 year (Preferred)
• 3D modeling: 1 year (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 50% (Preferred)
