Customer Account Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Business Development

• Actively promote and sell personal loan products to prospective customers.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive outreach (cold calls, walk-ins, referrals, and digital channels).
• Educate clients on loan features, repayment terms, and eligibility requirements to help them make informed decisions.

2. Customer Service

• Serve as the main point of contact for loan inquiries, guiding customers from application to approval.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.

3. Data Entry & Documentation

• Accurately enter and update customer data in the companys system, ensuring all information is current and error-free.
• Review and verify loan applications for completeness and compliance with company policies.
• Generate and maintain reports on sales metrics, customer feedback, and application progress.

Requirements:

1. Diploma or above education qualification.2. Related experience in sales, customer service is an advantage.3. Basic computer skills (MS Office software).

Working hours:

Monday-Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pmSaturday: 8.30am to 1.30pm
