Job Title: Dispenser Assistant

Reports To: Assigned Nursing Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Dispenser Assistant are responsible for assisting nursing manager in dispensing and preparing

medication, maintaining inventory, managing customer inquiries, and performing administrative tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Accurately prepare and label prescriptions under the supervision of nursing manager.
• Assist customers with over-the-counter medications and health advice (within your scope)
• Manage stock levels, including ordering, receiving, and rotating inventory
• Handle point-of-sale transactions and maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service, both in-person and over the phone
• Assist in administrative tasks such as record-keeping and documentation.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma in Pharmacy
• Previous experience in a pharmacy setting is desirable but not essential
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
