Customer Service Executive
Job Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team as support
- Help resolve administrative problems
- Attend to customer inquiries
- Prepare and modify documents, including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails
- Provide general administrative and clerical support, including mailing, scanning, and copying
- Perform data entry tasks
- At least 1 year of experience in a related field
- Team player with a mature personality, able to work independently under pressure
- Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to interact with all levels
- Proficiency in English communication
- Willing to work on weekends with compensatory leave on weekdays
