Customer Service Executive

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist the sales team as support
  • Help resolve administrative problems
  • Attend to customer inquiries
  • Prepare and modify documents, including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support, including mailing, scanning, and copying
  • Perform data entry tasks
Job Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Team player with a mature personality, able to work independently under pressure
  • Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to interact with all levels
  • Proficiency in English communication
  • Willing to work on weekends with compensatory leave on weekdays
