Controllership Team Lead

Responsibilities include:

1. Timely and accurate reporting
2. Managing a team and providing accounting guidance/support to finance teams
3. Reviewing financial reconciliations for accuracy and completeness
4. Preparing financial statements in compliance with standards and regulations
5. Assisting in the annual audit process and liaising with auditors
6. Supporting tax preparation and filing
7. Supporting AR/AP activities as required
8. Liaising with corporate counterparts on financial matters
9. Performing other duties as assigned

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in controllership or audit
• 1-2 years of team management experience
• Proficiency in financial reconciliation processes
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Strong communication skills
• Time and team management skills
• Experience in Big 4 or accounting/audit firms is an advantage
• SAP experience is a plus
