Compensation: Basic Salary + Fixed Allowance + Attractive Commissions

1. Directly contribute to the assigned territorys revenue and objectives, ensuring growth rates that enhance market share in line with country targets.
2. Provide effective leadership to designated sales channels and promote continuous improvement through regionally harmonized processes and procedures.
3. Conduct joint sales calls, supporting and guiding sales teams in developing customer strategies to secure business from competitors.
4. Identify potential customers through cold calling, networking, and field visits.
5. Visit clients regularly to present products/services and close deals.
6. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
7. Maintain and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.
8. Build long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
9. Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the sales manager.

1. Diploma or degree with 2-3 years experience in leading sales processes and managing people at multiple levels.
2. Willingness to travel. Experience in field sales process management, sales performance management, coaching, and mentoring.
3. Proven experience in field sales or similar roles.
4. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Self-motivated and target-driven.
6. Ability to work independently and travel frequently.
