What Youll Do:
- Oversee Daily Operations: Manage and streamline office operations to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the administrative and operations team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement operational strategies that support business growth and efficiency.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve processes and implement changes that enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Resource Management: Ensure optimal utilization of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all operations comply with company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements.
- Client Support: Provide high-level support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
What Youll Bring:
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years in a managerial role within operations or administration.
- Education: Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential. Mandarin is a valuable asset.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams and manage resources effectively.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to anticipate issues and develop solutions.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively with all levels of staff and clients.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using various software tools and systems to enhance operational efficiency.
