Job Responsibilities:
Handle general office administration including supplies, equipment, and vendor management
Process payments and assist with basic financial tasks
Maintain office facilities and address maintenance needs
Manage company vehicle documentation and records
Organize employee engagement activities, company events, meetings and team-building sessions
Perform additional duties as required
Qualifications and Skills:
Degree in Business Administration or related field
1+ years of administrative experience (preferred)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Detail-oriented with problem-solving ability
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good command in English and Mandarin
