Admin Executive

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle general office administration including supplies, equipment, and vendor management

  • Process payments and assist with basic financial tasks

  • Maintain office facilities and address maintenance needs

  • Manage company vehicle documentation and records

  • Organize employee engagement activities, company events, meetings and team-building sessions

  • Perform additional duties as required

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Degree in Business Administration or related field

  • 1+ years of administrative experience (preferred)

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Detail-oriented with problem-solving ability

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good command in English and Mandarin
