Taiwanese (Native) - Customer Success Specialist (Penang)

• Have experience in Customer Service in a call center.
• Willing to relocate to George Town, Pulau Pinang.
• Willing to work in rotational shifts.
• Customer Support & Issue Resolution: Respond promptly to inquiries from Taiwanese customers via calls, emails, or chat.
• Account Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems.
• Resolve complaints efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
• Follow up on unresolved issues or pending requests in a timely manner.
• Compliance & Quality Assurance: Follow company and client-specific guidelines, especially for regulated products.
• Provide training.
