Vendor Management Skills

    1. Experience managing external vendors and third-party developers.
    2. Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
    3. Knowledge of vendor performance metrics and SLA management.
  2. Leadership and Communication:
    1. Proven ability to lead teams, manage resources, and drive projects to completion.
    2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
    3. Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
  3. Education and Experience:
    1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (required).
    2. 7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
    3. Prior experience managing software development vendors and contracts.
    4. Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile) or software development (e.g., AWS Certified Developer) are a plus.
