SITE SUPERVISOR - INTERIOR DESIGN

Job Responsibilities: · 

• Supervise all architectural design works and ensure that they are carried out in accordance to approved specifications.

• Work closely with sub-contractors on project progress, deliverables and timeframe·

• Daily site diary recording, monitoring, reporting and managing in planning ·

• Close coordination of work with both internal (project team) and external parties (client, regulatory bodies and etc.) ·

• Ensure compliance with architectural design & structural specifications achieve quality aspect and interior design related work.

• Coordinate and liaise with all architectural design or structural services with other trades on site·

• Carry out architectural design and structural works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation.

• To ensure building materials and work done at site are properly handled, stored and protected.

• To assist in carrying out inspections, attending meetings with clients, Consultants, sub-contractors and authorities.

• To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.

Requirement: · 

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelors Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Interior Architecture, Interior Design or equivalent.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant high-rise building experience is an advantage·

• Good communication skills, positive working attitude, punctuality with high responsibility, and able to work independently.

• Required skill(s): MS Project, Auto CAD, Microsoft Office and specification software(s)·

• Preferably candidate specializing in Architectural Design or equivalent.

• Candidate must be from Construction background and main contractors is preferred.
