Job Summary / 职位概要

The Safety Manager - EPC Projects will be responsible for overseeing workplace safety and health compliance at EPC construction sites, while also coordinating safety management across multiple project regions. 📝 Responsibilities / 岗位职责

• Develop, implement, and enforce Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies and procedures for EPC construction projects.• 制定、实施并监督EPC施工项目的健康、安全与环境（HSE）管理政策与制度。

• Monitor compliance with Malaysian occupational safety regulations and international EPC safety standards.• 监督并确保符合马来西亚职业安全法规及国际EPC安全标准。

• Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits at project sites.• 定期开展施工现场的安全检查、风险评估与审计。

• Lead incident investigations and prepare corrective and preventive action reports.• 主导事故调查，编制纠正与预防措施报告。

• Provide training and safety awareness programs for workers, subcontractors, and management teams.• 为工人、分包商及管理团队开展培训和安全意识教育。

• Coordinate safety management across multiple project sites and regions, ensuring consistent standards.• 负责多个施工现场及区域的安全协调与管理，确保统一的安全标准。

• Act as a key liaison with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and clients on HSE matters.• 作为政府机构、监管部门及客户在HSE事务上的主要联络人。

✅ Requirements / 任职要求

• Bachelors degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field; professional HSE certification preferred (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA).• 本科及以上学历，职业健康与安全、工程相关专业；具备国际HSE认证（如NEBOSH、OSHA）优先。

• Minimum 8 years of safety management experience in construction or EPC projects, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.• 8年以上施工或EPC项目的安全管理经验，其中至少3年担任管理岗位。

• Proven track record in coordinating safety across multiple sites or regions.• 具备多个施工现场或区域安全协调与管理的成功经验。

• Strong knowledge of Malaysian safety regulations and international safety standards.• 熟悉马来西亚安全法规及国际安全标准。

• Excellent leadership, communication, and incident response skills.• 具备优秀的领导力、沟通能力和应急响应能力。

• Fluent in English & Mandarin; Malay is a plus.• 精通中英文，会马来语更佳。

• Willingness to be based in Malaysia and travel across project regions.• 能接受长期在马来西亚工作并承担区域出差。
