This role requires a blend of technical expertise in SAP systems and a solid understanding of financial principles. Responsibilities

System Maintenance and Support

Provide day-to-day support for SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling (FICO) modules, ensuring system stability and performance. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP applications, including Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO). Support SAP Project System (General project management, including internal projects, cost collection, and projects integrated with asset accounting) and/or Professional Services solutions (Project-based services, consulting, and outsourcing). Ensure data integrity and compliance with financial standards and regulations.

Configuration and Customization

Configure and customize SAP modules to meet business requirements as part of bug fixing or change request. Implement changes and enhancements to SAP systems based on user feedback and business needs.

Collaboration and Communication

Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP systems with other business processes. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field. High Proficiency in English, both verbal and written. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in SAP project and/or application support, specifically with SAP S/4HANA FICO. Proven experience in implementing/supporting SAP Project System/Professional Services solutions. Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving SAP-related issues. Preferably experienced in ITIL methodology. Knowledgeable in ITSM tool (ServiceNow or similar) for ticket management. Required Skills

Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA Finance processes, including New GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Product Cost Controlling, Cost Element Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profitability Analysis, Profit Center Accounting. Strong understanding of SAP Professional Services (Resource management and the Fiori apps, Project Billing, Customer and Internal Project Management) OR SAP Project System (WBS, Network Plans, Time Schedule, Cost & Revenue Planning, Project Budgeting, Project Progress Analysis and Project Reporting). Excellent knowledge of SAP S/4HANA configuration tools and techniques. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Skills

SAP certification in S/4Hana FICO Public - Cloud Edition Seniority level
