About the Role

Restaurant Services Assistant in the food and beverage industry is to provide excellent customer service by assisting in food and drink service, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for guest.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Perform all duties and responsibilities in a prompt, accurate and efficient manner, in accordance with established Hotel and Company policies & procedures.

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding a table.

  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar.

  • Serve food and drinks/coffee breaks promptly and professionally.

  • Handle cash, credit card, and digital transactions accurately.

  • Set up table with cutlery, napkins, and condiments before service.

  • Follow food hygiene and safety regulations at all time.

What Were Looking For

  • A minimum 1-2 years Experience in the Hospitality industry.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively liaise with guests and team members.

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle complex situations.

  • Flexible and adaptable to working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • CERT /DIPLOMA in Hotel Management or a related field is preferred.
