We are interested in speaking with experienced recruiters familiar with the Upstream O&G / Petrochemical sectors. Key Responsibilities

Sourcing (Delivery Consultant): Use databases, social media, job boards, and referrals to conduct extensive applicant searches. Screen, interview, and evaluate applicants to determine their abilities, credentials, and suitability for specific positions in the petrochemical and oil industries. Qualifications / Experience

Proven experience in technical recruitment, ideally with a focus on the oil and gas industry, construction, infrastructure or renewables (3+ years). Strong knowledge of engineering roles and terminology. Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, technologies, and job market dynamics. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Proficiency in using recruitment software and databases. A commitment to upholding ethical recruitment practices and confidentiality.
