Customer Engagement Executive 客户关系专员

Lenmis Vision is seeking for Customer Engagement Executive to join our team in Bukit Jalil. You will play a crucial role in providing high-quality eye treatments and services to our valued clients. This is a full-time position that offers a rewarding career opportunity. _______________________________________________________________________________________

• Welcome and assist clients with enquiries, appointments, and treatments 迎接客户，提供专业友好服务, 维护客户关系，解答咨询与安排预约

• Deliver eye treatment experiences and educate clients on care & products 提供眼部护理体验，讲解疗程前后护理及产品优势

• Record clients feedback and treatment details accurately for follow up. 负责顾客反馈记录与跟进

• Promote packages/products to meet sales targets 推广及销售疗程/产品，达成月度目标

• Ensure treatment area is clean, sanitized, and well-maintained. 确保护理区清洁、物品充足

• Join trainings to enhance service and sales skills 参与培训，提升产品与销售技巧

• Min. 2 years customer service (retail preferred) 至少2年客服经验（零售优先）

• Knowledge of eye care / willing to learn 懂眼部护理或愿意学习

• Good in English, Malay & Mandarin 熟练中英文及马来文 (Communicate with clients from all races)

• Strong communication & sales mindset 良好沟通能力，具销售意识

• Pleasant, professional appearance 仪表端庄，性格友好

• Excellent service, client-focused 服务意识强，注重客户体验

• Able to work weekends & holidays 可接受周末及假期上班
