The New Role

The Consultant will be at the center of client and candidate relationships, bringing value to both clients and candidates by driving and managing the hiring process across the various stakeholders. As a 360 role, you will be identifying and building quality client relationships, assessing the needs of each individual assignment to match the requirements. This includes sourcing and interviewing candidates, negotiating salary packages, and presenting suitable candidates to clients. You will also be involved in developing recruiting strategies as well as working with clients and candidates throughout the process.
