Overview Part Time Sales Advisor (KLCC) - COS Kuala Lumpur, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Responsibilities

Greet customers and embody the heart of our brand as the friendly face of COS.

Provide high-level service at every opportunity, from initiating conversations to assisting at the cash desk, fitting rooms and throughout the shop floor.

Process deliveries, replenish stock and merchandise the latest garments on the shop floor.

Collaborate with your team to create welcoming experiences that showcase the best of our brand, with warmth and enthusiasm.

Offer genuine assistance and proactive service to uplift and inspire customers and guide them through their journey.

Qualifications

Customer-focused; you have a genuine interest in getting to know our customers and delivering the level of service they expect.

Proactive; you use your initiative to provide customers with a memorable shopping experience.

Curious; you seek opportunities to improve everyday processes and take proactive action where needed.

Experience in customer service and familiarity with fabrics are nice to have, but not mandatory.

Job Details

Employment type: Part-time

Hours: 12 hours per week, including weekends and public holidays.

Location: KLCC, Kuala Lumpur
