The Operations Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the efficient and smooth functioning of an organizations daily operations. They play a key role in coordinating various tasks, processes, and projects to support the overall goals and objectives of the organization. Responsibilities and Duties
Ensure
smooth operations of the Operation Support team in Property Show Case
events in respective target areas. Communicate and work well with the agents and stakeholders. Sourcing and managing external vendors. Manage the budget
and expenses. Collaborate with the Marketing team for all collaterals, photos, and videos. Requirements & Qualifications
Enjoy organizing events
with good planning and time management skills. Experience in marketing, managing budgets, and capable of sourcing. Experience organizing events, handling a team, and possessing an entrepreneurial mindset. Good sense of art and interior decoration. Keen on learning and continuous self-improvement. Reporting to the Head of Operations What You Get
