About the Role: We are seeking a Senior Workday Finance Integration & Prism Developer to lead the design and implementation of scalable integrations and advanced financial analytics pipelines. This role is ideal for someone who combines deep Workday integration expertise with strong hands-on experience in Workday Prism Analytics, and who thrives in data-rich, fast-moving tech environments. You will work cross-functionally with Finance, Accounting, Data Engineering, and Enterprise IT teams to build trusted data flows across Workday Financials and other enterprise systems, powering real-time insights and compliance automation. Key Responsibilities: Design, build, and maintain robust integrations between Workday Financials and external platforms (e.g., Stripe, Snowflake, SAP Concur, Coupa) using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and Web Services (REST/SOAP) Lead the architecture and development of Workday Prism pipelines to ingest, cleanse, model, and report on financial and operational data Collaborate with Finance and FP&A to build financial analytics use cases leveraging Prism and Workday Reporting (Composite, Matrix, Discovery Boards) Ensure seamless and secure data movement between Workday and internal cloud platforms or data lakes Implement and maintain audit-compliant, SOX-ready integration solutions with robust error handling and monitoring Optimize Prism performance and data model structure for real-time reporting and dashboards Support Workday bi-annual releases, regression testing, and new Prism features adoption Document data flows, governance policies, and provide technical mentorship to team members Required Qualifications: 8+ years of enterprise systems development experience, with strong hands-on Workday integrations At least 5+ years working directly with Workday Prism Analytics, including pipeline creation, calculated fields, and custom data sources Expertise in Workday Studio, EIB, XSLT, JSON/XML, and Workday Web Services APIs Strong understanding of Workday Financials data model, including GL, AP, Expenses, Procurement, and Intercompany Proficiency in data modeling, cleansing, and transformation concepts Familiarity with data governance, auditability, and compliance controls Strong communication skills to collaborate across Finance, IT, and Analytics teams Workday certifications in Integrations and/or Prism Analytics Experience with modern data ecosystems (e.g., Snowflake, Looker, Databricks) Experience in tech/SaaS environments with rapid scale and global financial operations Familiarity with Workday Extend, Orchestrate, or custom UI development Knowledge of CI/CD, Git, and test automation for Workday environments Seniority level
