Manager Aftersales
Responsibilities:
- Oversees daily after-sales operations, ensuring compliance with SOPs and manufacturer guidelines.
- Monitors spare parts operations, throughput, and revenue, taking corrective actions as needed.
- Ensures coordination between departments for smooth operations.
- Tracks and improves after-sales performance to meet financial and customer satisfaction targets.
- Resolves customer complaints promptly and escalates issues when necessary.
- Seeks business improvements, identifies training needs, and motivates the team.
- 8-10 years of related experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong expertise in aftersales operations.
- Possesses a Diploma/Degree in Automotive/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Proficient in reading, writing, and conversing in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Reliable with strong integrity.
- Result-oriented with a service-minded attitude.
- Problem solver, self-motivated, and demonstrates strong leadership attributes.
- Maintains a high degree of confidentiality and integrity.
