This is a 2-year contract role.

In this role at CelcomDigi, you will drive postpaid, device, and fibre sales through Controlled Channel Partners. You will increase partner productivity by executing sales activities, ensure partner profitability, enforce compliance, provide training, plan channel expansion, and optimize franchise partner processes.

Role Summary This is a 2-year contract role. You will drive postpaid, device, and fibre sales through Controlled Channel Partners, increasing productivity and ensuring profitability and compliance.

Responsibilities

Manage Controlled Channel Partners accounts and outlets performance, operations, and develop Postpaid sales distribution to drive sales.

Observe and report on competitor activities and propose quick win actions.

Identify, plan, and execute store/outlet promotions.

Assist partners in achieving healthy P&L.

Monitor and ensure compliance with guidelines, conduct audits, and provide coaching.

Manage documentation and reconciliation of properties.

Promote integrity and compliance in transactions.

Plan and execute channel expansion and market opportunities.

Participate in on-ground activities like events and roadshows.

Review and develop retail processes for simplicity and automation.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in any field

2 to 8 years of experience, preferably in Dealer/Distribution/Telco Operations, Marketing, or Business Administration in FMCG industries

Own transport with valid licenses

Strong negotiation skills

Analytical and problem-solving abilities

Proficient in English and Malay; other languages are a plus

Flexible to work weekends or odd hours

Skilled in planning and executing sales campaigns
