Possess transport (for dealer visits)
Experience in automotive / FMCG field sales
Bahasa Melayu / English (Mandarin is a plus)
5-8 new dealers/month onboarded (until we hit 100 active)
80% of assigned dealers achieve ≥ RM5,000 sell-out monthly
5 daily quality touchpoints (calls/visits/demos) logged in CRM
2 product demos/month per advisor; weekly pipeline updates
Commission + incentive tiers (consistency & growth wins)
Monthly “Sales Hero” recognition & learning credits
Team huddles, on-the-road coaching, and no-nonsense support
Monthly loan subsidy program is included ( Only to Qualifier).
Outstation accommodation up to Rm200/ day and meal allowance up to Rm60/day will be provided ( Only to Qualifier).
Oversea incentive trip entitlement to the qualifier.
45 Days Maternity leave, and 4 Days Paternity leave.
EPF x 13%, SOCSO & SIP Contribution.
10 days annual leave, 14 days medical leave, and yearly performance-based salary increment.
Basic Salary based on *RM2500 + Transport and Telephone Allowance (RM500) x Collection Commission x Target achievement Incentives. Or Guarantee Payout RM4000 for Qualifier only. ( *T&C apply)
