Requirement

  • Degree in Architectural/ Interior Design with at least 1 years teaching experience or equivalent industry related experience.

  • Having a teaching certificate (E.g. VTO) will be an added advantage.

  • Relevant work experience in Structural / Architectural / MEP BIM Models related projects

  • Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Naviswork and 3Ds Max

  • Proficiency in English/Mandarin language is a must.

  • Problem solving and possess strong analytical ability.

  • Mature, with ability to guide students.

  • PASSIONATE AND DEDICATED TO YOUR WORK AND GOALS.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct lecturing and facilitating all academic activities.

  • Participating in course research & development (E.g. WIM) to enhance and upgrade course syllabus and course kits, and improving/compiling lecture kits and teaching materials.

  • Initiate, develop and implement architectural and interior design related events.

  • Design/create architectural contents that would increase the companys recognition in the academic and creative industry.

  • Regularly review the effectiveness and proactively seek ways to improve the quality of teaching.
