The Opportunity

Dynamic Link Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented and driven Business Administration and Accounting Intern to join our team in Ara Damansara, Selangor. As a full-time intern, you will have the chance to gain valuable experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our growing business.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with general administrative duties, including filing, document management, and data entry

• Provide support to the accounting team in tasks such as invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, and financial reporting

• Participate in the coordination and organisation of office operations and procedures

• Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities for process optimisation

• Undertake special projects and tasks as assigned by the management team

What Were Looking For

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field

• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Eager to learn, with a positive attitude and a willingness to take on new challenges

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
