Kitchen Helper

Job Summary

We are seeking hardworking and reliable Kitchen Helpers to support our kitchen operations. The role is responsible for assisting chefs in food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth day-to-day kitchen activities

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in basic food preparation (washing, cutting, peeling, portioning ingredients).

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen, utensils, and equipment.

• Ensure proper storage and handling of food according to hygiene and safety standards.

• Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and cooking tools.

• Assist chefs in plating and arranging food items when required.

• Receive, check, and store deliveries of raw materials and kitchen supplies.

• Dispose of waste and maintain proper recycling and food safety practices.

• Follow instructions from chefs and kitchen supervisors.

• Comply with outlets SOPs, including Halal practices where applicable.

• Support in other duties as assigned to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Requirements

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

• Good teamwork and communication skills.

• Strong sense of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.

• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

• Physically fit to handle standing, lifting, and carrying duties.
