Job Responsibilities: Identify, prioritize, and secure new business opportunities for market expansion Drive revenue by seeking partnerships with various parties Implement effective sales strategies and consultative approaches to meet sales targets Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure and execute initiatives Develop best practices in client interaction, sales, and after-sales support Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends and case studies Maintain good relationships with customers and inform them about products, pricing, and developments Provide high-level sales, customer service, and support Share comprehensive product information with existing and potential customers Respond promptly to customer inquiries via various communication channels Identify and resolve customer issues satisfactorily, either directly or through relevant departments Prepare customized proposals and presentation kits professionally and strategically Job Requirements

Possess at least a SPM, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Bachelors Degree, or equivalent in relevant fields such as Business, Engineering, or related disciplines Minimum of 2 years experience in sales or related fields; fresh graduates are welcome to apply Proficiency in EN, BM, CN; additional languages are a plus Willing to travel within Klang Valley and outstation Proven success in gaining stakeholder support and achieving/exceeding sales goals Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment; strategic thinker and problem solver Skills
