Hub Supervisor - Last Mile Hub, SPX Express (Senai, Skudai, Kempas)

• Pre-plan the sorters/drivers shift arrangement and duty rosters to achieve high efficiencies of the hub

• Delegate tasks for sorters/drivers based on the operation requirements to ensure timely deliveries

• Manage inventory and receive inbound parcels from the linehaul team (maintain high level of 5S - Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain)

• Prepare and perform internal reporting and data analysis to support managements decision making

• Monitor sorters/drivers performance to achieve targeted KPI with high level of customer service provided to the customers

• Ensure the high compliance of safety policies and standard operations procedures for in-hub parcel collection

Requirements:

• Candidates currently based at Johor are encouraged to apply

• Experience in logistics operations would be advantageous

• Familiarity of basic Microsoft Excel skills

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Ability to deal with complicated situations and able to commit to tight deadlines

• Fast learner, comfortable with a dynamic environment

• Ability to commit to shift work on a rotational basis
