About the role

We are seeking a Freight Forwarding professional to join our dynamic team at Fast Link International SDN.Bhd in Bandar Botanic Selangor. This full-time role is integral to the success of our import and export operations, ensuring efficient and compliant logistics management.

What youll be doing

  1. Coordinating the movement of goods and materials internationally through various transportation modes

  2. Preparing and processing customs documentation, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations

  3. Liaising with clients, carriers, and other stakeholders to provide timely updates and resolve any issues

  4. Optimising logistics processes to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness

  5. Maintaining accurate records and reporting on key performance metrics

  6. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing innovative solutions

What were looking for

  1. Experience in a freight forwarding or logistics role, We also welcome young blood to join us that start from zero.

  2. Strong knowledge of import/export procedures, customs regulations, and documentation requirements. Strong motivation for reaching the goals.

  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and partners

  4. Proficient in data analysis and problem-solving to optimise logistics operations

  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet tight deadlines

  6. Familiarity with transportation management software and industry-specific technology
