This position will lead and administer site office facilities maintenance and daily operations. DETAILED DESCRIPTION

To ensure efficient customer service and daily task supervisions to address complaints and grievances of a complex old building. Status report working across with Site Stakeholder especially Maintenance Ops and End Users to close grievances and to discuss proposed Capex or expenses items. Ensure and maintain a safe and conducive working environment. Manage all vendors with respective committee and stakeholders. Manage hostel maintenance and upkeep. Hygiene & Cleanliness of the Office Building & Canteen and Miscellaneous Buildings at Site to ensure compliance with Food Safety Industry.
