RM 2500 - RM 3500 Bangsar, & The Hub SS2 & KLGCC, Selangor Seeking a reliable and customer-oriented individual to join us as a Customer Service Executive. You will create a positive and welcoming experience for our customers by greeting and assisting them, managing appointments, and providing general administrative support. Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Answer calls, take messages, and direct inquiries. Manage appointments and ensure smooth scheduling. Provide accurate information about our company and services. Assist with administrative tasks and maintain records. Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary. Maintain a clean and organized working area. Full-time employment with fixed shifts (Tue-Sun open, Mon closed). Competitive monthly salary: RM2,500 - RM3,500. Commission pay based on performance.
