Customer Quality Engineer
Responsibilities :
Work with customers on quality objectives and goals to meet their demands for Quality
Use 8D methodology and other QC techniques to drive for corrective/preventive actions and continuous improvement
Co-ordinates and manages customers audit in the factory
Conduct periodical audits to validate corrective and preventive actions submitted to the customers
Attend customer quality review meetings via teleconferencing or face to face on site
Provide site quality support to customers
Work with manufacturing and engineering teams to resolve customer product related issues
Participate in ISO 9001 and TIATF 16949 Quality Management System audits
Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical / Chemical / Materials Engineering or equivalent
At least 3 years of working experience in the QA/QC related field is desirable
Possess good and effective communication skill with all levels with the organization, suppliers and customers
Posses good communication and analytical skills
Computer literate and well versed with Microsoft applications.
Able to travel when necessary
