Job Description

* Assist in daily food preparation and cooking under supervision of Chef de Partie or Sous Chef* Ensure high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety (comply with Halal practices)* Prepare ingredients and maintain proper mise en place* Monitor food stock and minimize wastage* Support kitchen operations during peak hours* Follow SOPs for consistency and quality in food production* Work closely with kitchen staff and management as a team
