We are seeking a qualified individual to manage structural design tasks and ensure alignment with project goals. Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Senior Manager in managing structural design tasks and ensuring alignment with project goals. Lead the structural team in developing business proposals, preparing technical write-ups, and participating in tender submissions, ensuring quality and innovation. Manage and coordinate project design consultants to produce innovative, optimized designs that meet project requirements and comply with statutory regulations. Review structural drawings throughout all stages of project delivery to ensure safety, constructability, and the application of cost-effective, innovative solutions. Ensure proper coordination between disciplines and departments, providing technical support as needed. Mentor and supervise a team of engineers, fostering their professional growth and expanding their technical capabilities. Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a higher qualification; a Professional Engineer qualification is preferred. 10 to 15 years of post-graduate experience in design and construction management, with a strong focus on structural engineering. Proven experience in large-scale infrastructure projects, including bridges/viaducts, underground structures, hydropower plants, and complex infrastructure. Structural design expertise in rail and metro line projects, particularly in the design of stations and ancillary buildings, is an advantage. Strong technical proficiency in structural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, BIM) and a deep understanding of relevant codes and standards. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to develop innovative solutions in structural design. Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and collaborate effectively across departments.
