  • Engaging and interacting with customers
  • Offering the right solutions
  • Delivering on our service promises Key Responsibilities
  • Provide product and service info via face-to-face interactions
  • Promote and educate customers on Self-Serve Facilities
  • Resolve product/service issues end-to-end
  • Handle escalations and recommend solutions
  • Participate in projects and training sessions
  • Support other branches when needed Requirements
  • Bachelors degree (fresh grads welcome!)
  • Passion for customer service
  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Team player with a pleasant and adaptive attitude
  • Able to handle customers and agents at all levels
  • Strong decision-making and analytical skills
