About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Osc Orthopaedic Specialist Center as an ASSISTANT MANAGER / MANAGER - IMAGING. This full-time role is based in Subang Jaya, Selangor.

What youll be doing

  • Oversee the daily operations of the medical imaging department, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery

  • Manage a team of imaging technicians and assistants, providing leadership, training and support

  • Liaise with medical professionals to coordinate imaging schedules and procedures

  • Monitor imaging equipment performance and coordinate maintenance and upgrades

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and industry standards

  • Analyze departmental data and metrics to identify areas for improvement

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic initiatives for the imaging function

What were looking for

  • Degree qualification in a relevant field such as radiography, medical imaging

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a medical imaging, helming the role as Assistant Manager / Manager

  • Strong knowledge of medical imaging technologies, procedures and best practices

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively with clinical staff

  • Demonstrated experience in leading and developing high-performing teams

  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends and implement process improvements

  • Familiarity with relevant healthcare regulations and accreditation requirements
