Job Responsibilities:- Responsible for advertising sales for Mandarin-language podcasts, YouTube videos, and events.
- Actively identify and develop potential clients, building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Develop advertising sales plans and achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate closely with the team to provide creative advertising solutions that meet client needs.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in advertising sales for Mandarin-language podcasts and YouTube content.
- Experience in event sales; familiarity with event planning and execution processes is a plus.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with excellent client management capabilities.
- Knowledge of market trends and ability to create targeted sales strategies.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines and goals.
