Commercial Finance Manager

Overview

RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure revenue recognition is in accordance with Groupe policies. Actively support the revenue forecasting, budgeting and reporting process. Actively support Commercial Finance Lead in month-end closing activities such as journals, schedules, reports, etc. Co-ordinate and support weekly Finance WIP sessions with business leads. Maintain and update relevant schedules such as WIP, Accrued Revenue, Deferred Income, etc. Review, comment on and finalize client contracts. Maintain Master Data accuracy of clients and vendors. Support and co-ordinate finance related matters in business tenders. Ensure client billings are in line with clients requirements. Assist with internal, external and client audits. Any other ad-hoc projects assigned from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES Strong sense of responsibility. Independent and resourceful. Organised. Meticulous. A team player. Good problem-solving skills. QUALIFICATION Possess a Degree in Accounting or equivalent. Experience in the advertising industry will be an added advantage. COMPUTER PROFICIENCY MS Excel - highly preferable. Spectra / BCC Accounting Software. Hyperion (HFM). ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Generous leave entitlements, including birthday leave, rest day, and family care leave.
