What will you do

Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Develop strong, trust-based relationships to drive client retention and renewal.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Monitor campaign performance, customer engagement, and ROI metrics, providing strategic recommendations. Work closely with internal teams to optimize chatbot flows, messaging strategies, and platform adoption.

Upselling & Revenue Growth: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase revenue from existing accounts. Educate clients on new features and updates to enhance their use of WhatsApp Business.

Required skills and experience

3-5 years of experience in account management, client success, or digital marketing.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Understanding of chat solutions or MarTech platforms is a plus.

Experience in customer engagement strategies and platform analytics.
